1. Will you vote blindly with the party or will you vote for what is right?

Answer: No, I will not vote blindly along party lines. If elected my duty and obligation to the citizenry is to vote for legislation that the benefits all citizens of the nation, not just corporate insiders and at the direction of lobbyists looking to undermine our Republican form of government.

2. Where do you stand on violence in our country? 2nd amendment issues?

Answer: I believe 80% of all violence this nation is caused by members of the ABA putting criminals back on the street to line their pockets with gold yet they will not ever represent victims’ judges, court personnel, ABA agents, FBI agents, and Justice Department agents all have their members holding stock in private prisons which they must keep full. Not with hardened criminals who buy their way out of prison 80% of the time but with average citizens to make mistakes of judgment which wined them in custody of these private prisons. The lawyers and prisons win every time conflict of interest 101 but your political leaders will do nothing about it due to lobbyist.

3. Where do you stand on corruption in government?

Answer: This candidate opposes all forms of corruption and local municipal and state as well as federal government. 4. What should we do about election meddling?

Answer: Election meddling is actually an act of treason against the Constitution of this great nation all violators should be treated as such. Additionally one man one vote is the law of the land as corporate entities no Corporation should be allowed to detonate more money to a campaign than the average citizen. Corporations now on America our politicians are judges and our courts. I oppose all such activities regarding election meddling

5. Economy and taxes?

Answer: Hot button item since 2000 we went from $1.2 trillion in debt to $27 trillion in debt 70 million Americans lost their homes and businesses to corrupt lawyers and judges using forged documents and phony court proceedings. The banks caused our economy to collapse and now are profiteering from it put them out of business if necessary but hold them accountable for treason against our Constitution and economic terrorism against our citizens.

6. Social Security and welfare?

Answer: As a candidate I believe every society has disadvantaged members of social welfare system is abused by the administrators of the program and probably 5 to 12% of recipients. The lives the social programs save and stabilize speaking as one of a family of 6 whose parents died in 1959 my sister raised us on Social Security and limited public assistance and worked every day of her life until she died 6 months after retiring. We cannot allow our children to starve, be denied medical assistance, to throw people with mental disease out on the streets, while corporate officers defeat our tax system. Flying your luxury jets 2% of the wealthiest people in the world control 98% of the wealth they don’t mind enslaving our citizens to make that luxury living they have. Social justice and social welfare go hand-in-hand.

8. Why are you running for office?

Candidate Response: I am running for office because I was born in the land of the free and the home of the other brave 70 years later I live in the land of the scam in the fraud for the benefit of political insiders corporate criminals protected by the largest Mafia organization world the American Bar Association who with the judges of this nation are committing treason against the Constitution and rule of law and as a citizen of the United States of America not the incorporated entity is my duty to fight to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. Candidate Response: The Federalist papers, the biographies of Thomas Payne, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, and Adams. True leaders who would turn over in their graves if they were to visit the United States today and see the disrespect and treasonous acts of our political and judicial leaders. Candidate Response: My top priority would be to immediately upon taking office introduce legislation demanding that our leaders inform the American public of that which they have held secret for far too long. And our judicial branch of government be held accountable for violations of the standards of conduct set forth in their canons of law. Our citizenry has a right to know that all laws of the United States were turned over to international law by an act of Congress not by amendment to the Constitution of the United States making all of our courts subservient to international law and law merchants. 12. What is the biggest issue facing your district?

Candidate Response: Corruption within the state and federal judicial system in the state of Maryland is out of control within our court system his agents are now warring against the Constitution of the United States this district has a foreclosure rate the highest in the nation and yet not one Judge in the state or federal judicial system has the guts to stand up against corporate America’s banking system and demand that they produce evidence that their alleged attorneys/debt collectors are stealing the homes of tens of tens of tens of thousands of Maryland residents with forged unsigned documents and unsigned orders from our courts of appeal as Judges are committing treason against the Constitution is clearly defined under title 18 United States criminal code 18 USC 2342-43…..

13. What are the three biggest issues facing our country?

Candidate Response: Number (1) Reinstating citizens United it is ludicrous that a corporation is defined as one person in a court of law but not defined as a person in federal and state election laws putting limits on what they can contribute to an individual campaign which should be no more than what an individual citizen is allowed to contribute, our government is now owned by corporate America because of abuses of the election process favoring the wealthy over the individual in violation of our basic fundamental constitutional limitations.

Number (2) Holding all political and judicial branches of government to accountability and that they provide honest services to all citizens not just favor corporate insiders and their legal representatives who flagrantly violate their oath of office to protect criminals within the artists branches of government and make the taxpayer paid for their defenses this must stop.

Number (3) I believe the American Bar Association is the largest stumbling block for the success of the United States living up to potential of our founding fathers, the 81st Congress house on un-American activities declared the national lawyers Guild to be un-American organization whose members would not recognize their oath of office and loyalty to the Constitution because of their affiliations with the communist state of Russia and that its members now American Bar Association members have engaged in war against our Constitution setting aside the rights and liberties of our citizenry to support corporate America over our Constitution and rule of law.

14. What is your position on life issues? (abortion, assisted suicide)

Candidate Response: (A) I believe in a woman’s choice and all Americans’ right to free choice there must be limits the state is not compelled to pay for abortions at will this is a failure of our state and federal legislatures. Who are being influenced by lobbyists not by common sense.

(B) Assisted suicide in instances where patients are considered terminal is a choice of the patient, the doctor, is not the place of the government or our healthcare system to prolong the suffering and pain of victims who can no longer speak for themselves. If you check the records now you’ll see that when our elderly go to the hospital’s in your over 80 years old they will do what they can and at hospital to put you down if you want to know the truth call me at 301-996-9577 and I will give you numerous examples of people being euthanized by the hospitals in the belief that they don’t deserve life.

15. What is your position on taxes, spending and the federal deficit?

Candidate Response: Once again taxes are an area that if you are wealthy and have attorneys you can get away with anything and generally do, if you our middle class or lower class of citizens of this nation the IRS will beat you to death and cause you to hire more attorneys to prevent extortion by threat from IRS agents who know that the lower and middle class citizens don’t have the resources to get justice in our nation’s courts. 97.5 percent of all pro se litigant cases in the United States are dismissed illegally. Favoring corporate fraud over justice for all.

16. What is your position on gun rights?

Candidate Response: Once again everyone has a right in this nation to life liberty and The Pursuit of Happiness which is incorporated into our Bill of Rights bigotry has no place in our society. Government policies are in adequate and outdated just as segregation is been outlawed so should be bigotry.

17. What is your position on the legalization of marijuana?

Candidate Response: Legalization of marijuana for recreational use and nonmedical use is a mistake that will ultimately come back to haunt those who back it will lead to abuse and the secondhand smoke on the children of this generation who do not use it but are victims of the those who use it will creep into our workforce, our homes churches and places of assembly. I do not support nonmedical use.

Candidate Response: Fair trade can only happen when you’re dealing with clean hands unfortunately many of our trade agreements are put together by politicians and lobbyists who promote their own self interest and wealth over the economy and the preservation of our industries both here and abroad.

19. What is your position on foreign policy and military issues?

Candidate Response: Foreign policy should not be left to the president at the time foreign policy needs teams of well educated and appointed officials acting free of special interest and with clean hands to craft a policy that is in the best interest of this nation not only for today but decades to come unfortunately the current administration is left of foreign policy leadership in disarray through the revolving door policy of secretaries of State and top analyst. Which diminishes our standing worldwide as a world leader.

20. Would you support the passage of the Human Life Amendment?

Candidate Response: Yes it’s a disgrace that we do not already comply with the international human rights tribunal declaration of rights.

21. Would you support the passage of the Balanced Budget Amendment?

Candidate Response: Yes we cannot sustain the burdensome debt we have accumulated going from just $2 trillion at the end of Bill Clinton’s term 223+ trillion dollars today that’s just the US government’s share of the debt if you add total debt of American citizens are more like $500 trillion. When will our creditors call the debt and what will be the consequences.

Q. What are your top three priorities for the next two years, if elected?

Answer:

1. Priority number [1] find out the definitive date of the constitutional amendment if any that allows sworn officers of the court and judges the power and authority to falsely imprison citizens of the United States with unsigned orders, steal their property with unsigned orders, overturn recording jury verdicts with unsigned orders. Priority number [2] propose legislation that would the fraud and injustice in our appellate courts, denying equal access to pro se litigants, denying equal protection under the law to financially disadvantaged, and the use of unsigned orders and secret unverifiable administrative procedures by the courts to cover up the crimes of lower court judges, attorneys, and governmental employees working under color of law and authority to disenfranchise our citizens of our rights. Q. Do you have a timeline on when the U.S. should pull out of Afghanistan?

Answer: I believe the current timeline is 2 years to be in the drawdown. However our armed forces in a hostile area and history shows us that it is more difficult to fight a war with insurgents like Al Qaeda than a conventional force backed by a nation. It also shows us the these same forces defeated the light and strength Russians army and send them home in shame. Let’s try a new strategy instead of suspending the money on bullets spend the money on humanitarian aid and education which will make allies Afghan people. Give a man a fish he’ll eat for a day teach a man to fish he will feed his family. We should leave when the nation has been stabilized.

Q. How would you rate the comprehensive health insurance reform passed by Congress: excellent, good, fair or poor? Why?

Answer: With 95% of the budget of DHHS services being consumed by Medicare and Medicaid the president’s new health care reform falls far short of addressing the core problem with our nation’s health care system, the waste fraud and abuse of the system is not covered. Tort reform holding lawyers and doctors accountable for fraud on the system is not covered. The program has issues that infringe on the legal rights or citizens forcing them to do and to participate in programs that would be detrimental to their best interest. Without addressing these problems I could not support the current bill. And I would rate it as unfair to poor.

Q. What are your thoughts on financial regulation reform? Explain.

Answer: As a victim of Bank fraud, corporate fraud and court fraud. Which is unchecked by our Justice Department and the Federal Reserve at all levels of government. The people of the United States are “being raped” by regulated financial institutions which are not being regulated in the least degree. Unfortunately banking and financial institutions are being rewarded for their gross incompetence and fraud by Gov. insiders who bailed them out. Yet victims of these bank frauds and corporate frauds get no assistance whatsoever, they can file criminal complaints, they can’t get justice in our courts. The Congress of the United States is failing the average citizen.

Q. The federal budget deficit is approaching $13 trillion. What specific actions would you support to address that deficit?

Answer: First and foremost a balanced budget amendment would have to be passed and ratified by the Congress. Secondly any American corporation that moves overseas should not receive any government assistance whatsoever and be taxed as a foreign corporation. The Congress must invest more money in the Justice Department budget to hold white-collar criminals responsible for the frauds they commit against society as corporate CEOs and management teams breaching their fiduciary duty and responsibility to stockholders and victims of the crime the Supreme Court was wrong in its recent ruling in the Enron case gutting the Justice Department’s best tool in saying they could no longer use. Q. Has the federal government provided sufficient support for changes caused by BRAC? How would you address challenges, if any?

Answer: The base realignment commission seems to be abandoning a lot of government owned property which will be taken over by private corporations at bargain basement prices. Diminishing assets of the United States Government. And in the replacement and relocation costs will negate any savings which were projected. Abandoning the infrastructure this nation will need should we ever go to real war against one of the superpowers.

Q. What, if anything, should be done to assist homeowners at risk of losing their homes?

Answer: The FBI and the Justice Department should put together a task force to track down and prosecute predatory lenders, their agents, the banks, and their attorneys who even as of today are going into our courts of law with forged documents, falsify claims of relief, and in many many cases without even having original note. Q. What state transportation projects are a priority, and how should we pay for them?

Answer: The purple line which has been debated for years. The completion of the 11 Street bridge realignment, the completion of Montgomery County interconnector. I believe all these projects have been funded by are long overdue.

Q. What should be done to reform Social Security, Medicare?

Answer: It is my belief that all members of Congress, the executive branch, the judicial branch of government should surrender their current health care programs and retirement programs and be forced like all other citizens to pay Social Security and receive the same this treatment and advantages all of our other citizens receive. You won’t believe how quick the government will find a fix for Social Security should this happen.

Q. What is your position on the death penalty?

Answer: Having a great deal of knowledge of how corrupt our court system is and having been to the national archives in Washington DC asked for numerous cases allegedly decided by the US Supreme Court and finding out that our citizens are being put to death unsigned orders from the Supreme Court. With nothing more than a rubber stamp makes me want to vomit. Our Supreme Court cannot be trusted nor can any of the appellate courts in this nation to protect the rights of our citizens see the case of Richard Fine versus Los Angeles County. Q. What is your position on abortion?

Answer: Abortion is a personal issue for some a necessity for others and a life or death decision for yet others. People who do not know the facts should not judge others however I am pro-women’s rights.

Q. Do you support same-sex marriage?

Answer: I personally oppose same-sex marriage because I believe it is contrary to biblical teachings and an affront to God. The ACLU and the American Bar Association have made this an issue because I believe a disproportionate amount of its members are active in the gay community and it’s in their own best self interest. Along with the marriage comes a commitment by an employer or provider that contrary to their own personal beliefs they must now support the partners now spouses of these individuals. Q. What changes, if any, should be made to the No Child Left Behind education law?

Answer: No Child left behind has been a failure since the onset. It is based in fundamental technicalities and unachievable guidelines. Which strain the resources of the education system and produce no real result. As a child who grew up in the 50s I believe every child who enters his sixth grade should be given a free ability potential test. So that the schools can determine along with the parents and the child with greater certainty whether they should continue in a standard education which they do not understand or want to participate in. We’ll give them the option to go to a trade school as I did and learned something that they enjoy doing and will maintain and keep their interest in school as well as set them on course for self-sufficiency in the real world.
